Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.6 / 5 from 109 reviews.
Very lite and Handy, but couldnt find the right brushingmode yet. Oral b io is until now more effektive Have to try out further
Alles bestens! Laifen überzeugt
i Love this thoothbrush, very good quality and realy good cleaning experience, i feel my teeth got brighter and feels clean and good
By far the best toothbrush i've had!
Not quite sure about the cleaning performance; I have the feeling that more plaque stays on my teeth throughout the day than with my previous electric toothbrush. Also, after cleaning, I find more spots on my teeth which don't feel properly cleaned than before. Maybe this needs further technique adjustment, but for now I am only partially convinced of the "superior" cleaning performance. The toothbrush makes a strange, subtle noise since some days when powered on (meaning I took it off from standing, not turning on the cleaning). The brush head is quite difficult to pull from the toothbrush due to the narrow rubber base and the slippery design of the brush head. Without taking it off, it starts getting nasty and smelly. The overall design is very beautiful, kinda Apple-like. The app is fine with several options to optimise performance. No intelligent features. Did not try all the features yet.
Die beiden Marktführer über Jahre ausgiebig genutzt. Mit der LAIFEN WAVE PRO hat LAIFEN das Beste aus 2 Welten vereint.
Really nice design and app but it makes weird noises in standby mode. Only in standby not when it turns itself off. Bit disappointing because everything else is so high quality
For someone who doesn’t brush much this is a life saver. After a long day I came home tired and go straight to bed after eating, it’s sometimes that I brush my teeth also in the mornings. However all that changed when I got this electric brush, I just have to hold it around my teeth and it brushes them even better than a normal brush. It is small, light weight and more affordable compared to other electric brush brands.
Although I had to return the product due to a defect, I’m receiving a replacement, and I have to say that this has been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had so far. The communication with the service center has been excellent throughout.
Perfect
Feels really good! The handling is wonderful. I recommend it!!
First of all it’s beautiful and I want to use it all time, second of all I noticed that my teeth became whiter.
Its awseome
It works great and brushing my teeth feels very comfortable. I use my own settings within the connected App and im Happy :)
Cleans teeth very well.
Although the cleaning experience and integration of the app is smooth and overall satisfying, the battery doesn't work correctly: It charged for 5 hours, got very hot and had still flashing green light (means not fully charged). The app then said it had 99 % and as I put it on the charger again, it flashed constantly green and the app indicated 100 %. So the battery doesn't reach the fully charged state for hours by itself. The advertised 70 days battery life is also totally unrealistic: I could use it 2 times for 14 days with the medium intensity for 2,5 minutes and with deep cleaning mode. All in all I don't have much trust in the - offen overheated, forever charging - battery with regards to a longtime use
Amazing
Unfortunately the brush is not cleaning as much as I expected coming back from a native electric brush (oral b). Otherwise it is fine
Great features, works well and looks good. Only issue is the partly bad translation and layout of the app, which is an optional use though.
Great packaging, great product so far.
I really enjoy cleaning. Thank you.
Great size works well
It is great, fast delivery and I really like the brush!
Dear Laifen please stop bothering with these forced reviews. The product is good. If not I will come back to you later. Kind regards
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great toothbrush and really cool design (transparent) I really enjoy different new Pro features
nice tool
Hervorragende Qualität, schnelle Lieferung, seriöse Kundenbetreuung, gerne wieder.
nice tool
I love it. But the Pro Brush Heads are to tight. It’s really difficult to get those heads off the device. Other than that. I really love the Laifen Wave pro. I had the First Wave Generation. In comparison I Appreciate the better battery life, the wireless charging dock and the force sensor. I don’t understand the difference between the red and white dots modes. I’m missing one feature a pro brush should have. A visualization where I can see how good I have cleaned my teeth in which area. I’m used to use the ultra white brush heads. Now I have the pro brush heads. And they are much better. They are bigger, they feel more friendly to the gum and at the same time I have the feeling that the result is a bit better. Ah and I love the light animation of the charging dock. Super cool. I would wish the light would be animated as long as it charges.
Stilvoll, kompakt und gutes Reinigungsergebnis.
Feels good and works very good.
Super Putzleistung
